As part of a birthday gift card from one of my sisters, I purchased a set of Wilton 3-tier Cooling Racks! Oh man, I love these. I recently tried them out when I was baking chocolate chip cookies for a friend's birthday party, and they work great! I really recommend them. They're nonstick, lightweight, and so easy to use!
